The Compound is a high intensity fitness complex that challenges you as an individual in a group setting. The growing trend of fitness is functional interval training. The days of three sets of 8-10 reps of one body part at a time is over.
At the Compound you can challenge yourself with the WOD (workout of the day) or with a group fitness class such as Body Pump, Cardio Kickboxing, or Yoga. These classes are designed to build endurance, strength and most of all self confidence.
We all have busy lives and going to the gym is just honestly not part of most peoples lives. The Compound is going to change that, we want our gym to become a extension of your family.
